The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve

£58.00

Named in honour of the distillery’s founder, George Smith. This classic Glenlivet features a creamy and fruity character accentuated by the use of first-fill American oak to mature some of the whisky. The nose has delicate aromas of citrus fruit and notably sweet orange. The finish is long, creamy and smooth.

Nose – Nose opens with honey, apples, citrus and backing of parma violets.

Palate – Full flowing entry into the mouth with intense honey richness perfectly balanced by toasty oak and ripe malt. Flavours roll across the palate with some attractive bitter-sweet notes.
